Naturpark-Infozentrum "Feuer & Wasser"
A playful way to discover the habitats of streams, rivers and meadows
With two stations in Saalhausen and Oberhundem, the Nature Park Information Centre offers lots of exciting information about the stream habitat and charcoal burning. A multi-touch table is filled with interesting facts about the Sauerland Rothaargebirge Nature Park and invites you to go on virtual discovery tours before the nature discovery rucksacks lure you out into the nature.
Fire and water - as contrasting as these two elements are, they are inseparable. Visitors can combine the two information centres on a day trip, as a varied cycle and walking trail links the two information centres in Nature Park Information Centres at Saalhausen and Oberhundem.
