The Hub System & Tour planner

Planning a cycle tour can be so easy. With the help of the hub system, you can even plan your cycle tour without the hassle of maps. We'll tell you how it works here:

The hub system already established in the Netherlands has also found its way into the Sauerland and Siegen-Wittgenstein!
The cycle path network has been divided into sections. Numbered " hubs" have been created at the corners of each section, which connect the sections with each other.
The corresponding signage indicates the nearest hubs. This is then labelled with a corresponding number. Information boards regularly show the location and the nearest hubs. This means you can extend or shorten your tour as you wish along the way.
